1Who We Are

References to "SelfieDump," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms refer to the legal operator identified above.

2Apple Standard EULA

SelfieDump is distributed through Apple's App Store. Unless a separate custom end-user license agreement is presented for SelfieDump through the App Store, your license to use the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA") and applicable Apple Media Services terms.

These Terms govern SelfieDump's services, features, AI functionality, purchases, content, and other matters between you and us. The Apple Standard EULA governs the license to the App itself where applicable. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory provision of the Apple Standard EULA regarding your license to use the App, the applicable Apple provision will control to the extent of that conflict. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting SelfieDump.

3Eligibility

You may use SelfieDump only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age at which you can independently agree to these Terms in your country or region, you may use SelfieDump only with the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

SelfieDump is not specifically designed or directed as a children's service or as an app in Apple's Kids Category. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of SelfieDump where required or appropriate. Certain features or third-party services may have additional age or eligibility requirements — where such restrictions apply, SelfieDump may limit access to those particular features as necessary.

4What SelfieDump Does

SelfieDump is an AI-powered photo companion designed to help users discover and create social-media-ready content from their existing Apple Photos library. Features may include on-device photo analysis, photo discovery, smart Dump Collections, visual-similarity grouping, selfie and face-card grouping, Top Vibes, carousel suggestions, photo-quality analysis, AI Collage generation, captions or other creative suggestions, generated-content history, sharing and export tools, Premium features, and additional features introduced over time. Features may change as the App develops.

Some features may require Photos permission, internet access, a Premium subscription, AI credits, supported Apple hardware or operating-system functionality, or third-party AI services.

5Permission to Access Your Photos

SelfieDump's core functionality requires access to photographs that you authorize through Apple's Photos permission system. You control whether SelfieDump receives full Photos access, limited access to selected photos, or no Photos access. The App may be unable to provide certain functionality without sufficient Photos permission.

Granting SelfieDump access to your Photos library does not transfer ownership of those photographs to us. Your Photos permissions may be changed through iOS Settings at any time. Our processing of your photos is further described in our Privacy Policy.

6Your Photos Remain Yours

As between you and SelfieDump, you retain your ownership rights in photographs and other content that you provide or make available through the App. We do not claim ownership of your camera roll.

You grant SelfieDump only the limited rights reasonably necessary to access photos you authorize, analyze them on your device, organize and display them within the App, perform features you request, and process explicitly selected photos through third-party AI services when necessary for an AI Collage request. This permission exists only to operate and provide SelfieDump and does not transfer ownership of your photos to us.

7Photos Containing Other People

Your photo library may contain images of friends, family members, children, colleagues, public figures, or other individuals. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of such photographs through SelfieDump complies with applicable privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, intellectual-property rights, consent requirements, and other applicable laws. You should not use SelfieDump to create, publish, or distribute content in a manner that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.

8On-Device Photo Analysis

SelfieDump may analyze authorized photographs locally on your device, including analysis of visual similarity, scenes, environments, outfits, image quality, lighting, dates and times, photo-location metadata, faces, facial similarity, duplicate or near-duplicate photographs, and other visual characteristics useful for organizing content.

SelfieDump's face-related analysis is intended to assist with visual grouping and photo organization. It is not intended to identify a person's legal identity or authenticate who someone is. Your use of these features is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9AI Collage Generation

SelfieDump may provide AI-powered collage generation. AI Collage is optional. When you use AI Collage, you choose the photos to include, you request generation, and only those selected photos are sent for the AI Collage request. SelfieDump does not upload your entire photo library to our servers, and does not store copies of your AI Collage input photographs on SelfieDump servers.

Selected AI Collage photographs are transmitted to the applicable third-party AI provider required to perform the generation. SelfieDump uses third-party AI services including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Flux to provide AI Collage and related AI-powered features. The provider used for a particular request may vary depending on availability, feature requirements, quality, performance, cost, safety, or other operational considerations. The handling of information submitted to these providers is described further in our Privacy Policy.

10Your Responsibility for AI Inputs

You may only submit content to AI Collage or other AI features that you have the right and authority to use. By submitting photographs or instructions for AI processing, you represent that your submission and requested use do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity rights, trademark rights, applicable law, contractual obligations, or the rights of another person. Do not intentionally submit content to create unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful material.

11AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence can produce unpredictable results. AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain mistakes, misunderstand the photographs, produce aesthetically undesirable results, omit requested details, alter visual characteristics, generate artifacts, resemble content generated for another user, be similar to existing works, contain inaccurate or inappropriate elements, or fail to meet your expectations.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, unique, original, suitable for publication, non-infringing, error-free, or aesthetically satisfactory. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before saving, sharing, publishing, distributing, or otherwise using it.

12No Guarantee of Exclusivity

AI-generated content may not be unique. Other users may receive identical, similar, or conceptually related results. Your use of SelfieDump does not give you exclusive rights over prompts, concepts, styles, general layouts, AI-generated ideas, or outputs that are not legally capable of ownership. Any intellectual-property rights in AI-generated output are subject to applicable law.

13Ownership of AI Outputs

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any rights belonging to third parties, we do not claim ownership of AI Collages generated specifically for you merely because you used SelfieDump. However, copyright and other intellectual-property laws relating to AI-generated content vary between jurisdictions. We do not guarantee that any AI-generated output qualifies for copyright protection or that you will obtain exclusive intellectual-property rights in an output. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of generated content is lawful.

14Prohibited Uses

You may not use SelfieDump to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property rights; unlawfully invade another person's privacy; impersonate another person for deceptive purposes; harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit another person; generate or distribute unlawful sexual content; create or distribute child sexual abuse material; sexualize or exploit minors; create deceptive intimate imagery without appropriate consent; generate fraudulent or malicious content; commit or facilitate fraud; circumvent App security; reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly allows it; interfere with our services or infrastructure; bypass Premium restrictions or AI credit limits; manipulate purchase or entitlement systems; automate abusive volumes of AI requests; exploit bugs to obtain paid functionality without payment; extract, steal, or misuse API credentials; or use SelfieDump in a way that violates the terms of our third-party service providers.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

15Premium Subscription

SelfieDump offers Premium access through auto-renewable subscriptions, including a Weekly Premium Subscription and a Yearly Premium Subscription. Premium may provide access to features unavailable to free users — the exact Premium features available at any particular time will be shown in the App before purchase.

Each Premium plan may include a specified AI Collage generation allowance, as displayed in the App before purchase. Premium does not include unlimited AI Collage generation unless an offer expressly states otherwise.

16Included AI Collage Allowance

Each subscription plan may provide a specified AI Collage generation allowance. The applicable amount will be displayed in the App before purchase. Included generations may be subject to rules regarding subscription period, renewal, usage limits, eligible AI features, technical availability, fair use, and abuse prevention.

Unused included generations may expire or reset at the end of a subscription period if that is clearly disclosed in the applicable offer. We will not intentionally change the treatment of purchased benefits without providing disclosures required by applicable law or Apple's rules.

17Additional AI Credits

If you have used the AI Collage generations included with your Premium subscription, you may be able to purchase additional consumable AI credits through Apple's In-App Purchase system. AI credits are consumable digital items, may be used for eligible AI generation requests, do not represent money or stored cash value, cannot be transferred between users unless expressly supported, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to generation-specific costs displayed in the App.

The number of credits required for an AI generation may vary depending on the feature or generation type. Any applicable credit cost will be disclosed before or in connection with the generation request.

18Consumption of AI Credits

A credit or included AI generation is deducted in connection with an eligible AI-generation request, according to the specific rules and any in-App messaging shown to you at the time of the request. Where appropriate, we may restore a credit or included generation if a request fails because of a verified technical failure before a usable result is produced. We are not obligated to restore a credit or included generation where a request technically completes but you are dissatisfied with the result, except where required by applicable law. AI generation inherently involves subjective results.

19Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. The price shown to you before purchase is the price applicable to your App Store region, subject to Apple's terms and applicable taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription-management rules. Apple manages subscription billing, renewal, payment methods, cancellation, and applicable refunds. Prices may differ between countries and currencies.

20Automatic Renewal

Weekly and yearly Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions. Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal deadline under Apple's policies, your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period and Apple may charge your selected payment method. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting SelfieDump does not cancel your subscription.

21Subscription Changes

We may change available subscription plans, benefits, prices, or Premium functionality in the future, subject to Apple's requirements, applicable law, existing user entitlements, and any notice or consent requirements that apply. Any price increase requiring subscriber consent will be handled through Apple's applicable subscription process.

22Free Trials and Promotional Offers

SelfieDump may offer free trials, introductory offers, promotional offers, or discounted subscriptions. If an offer is available, its duration, eligibility requirements, renewal price, and other material conditions will be shown before purchase. At the end of a trial or promotional period, an eligible subscription may automatically convert to the applicable paid subscription unless cancelled as disclosed through Apple's purchase interface.

23Purchases and Refunds

All subscriptions and consumable AI credit purchases made through the iOS App are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and processing are generally governed by Apple's App Store policies, Apple's purchase terms, and applicable consumer-protection law. SelfieDump does not directly process your payment card. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

24RevenueCat

SelfieDump may use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions, Premium entitlements, purchase validation, restoration of purchases, applicable AI allowances, and related purchase functionality. RevenueCat is a third-party service — its processing of applicable information is described in our Privacy Policy. RevenueCat does not receive your photo library from SelfieDump for the purpose of managing purchases.

25Third-Party AI Providers

AI functionality depends on third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Flux. Those services are not owned by SelfieDump; may experience outages; may change their models or availability; may enforce their own safety restrictions; may refuse particular requests; and may impose technical or geographic limitations. Your requested AI generation may therefore sometimes be unavailable, delayed, refused, or unsuccessful. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any particular third-party AI model.

26Third-Party Services

SelfieDump may interact with or rely upon third-party services, including Apple, Apple Photos, iCloud, App Store In-App Purchases, RevenueCat, Firebase Analytics, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Flux, social-media platforms, and cloud or infrastructure providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

27Sharing to Social Platforms

SelfieDump may allow you to export or share content to other applications or services. You decide whether to share content. SelfieDump does not control what happens after content is transmitted to Instagram, TikTok, Messages, other social platforms, or other third-party applications. You are responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, and content rules of any platform where you publish content.

28Availability of Features

SelfieDump is under active development. We may add features, remove features, redesign features, change AI providers, change processing methods, improve collection algorithms, modify Premium features, or discontinue functionality. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will comply with applicable Apple requirements and consumer law.

29Internet and Device Requirements

Certain SelfieDump features may require a compatible iPhone or iPad, an appropriate version of iOS, sufficient device storage, Photos access, an internet connection, and access to third-party AI services. You are responsible for charges imposed by your internet or mobile provider. The quality and speed of photo processing may depend on your device, photo-library size, network conditions, iCloud status, and other technical factors.

30No Guaranteed Photo Discovery

SelfieDump uses automated systems and algorithms to analyze photographs. We do not guarantee that SelfieDump will identify every relevant photograph, correctly understand every scene, correctly group every person, identify the best photographs according to your preferences, find every potential social-media post, generate perfect collections, or produce the same results after algorithms are updated. Photo organization and recommendations are subjective. You remain responsible for deciding which photographs you wish to use or publish.

31No Professional Advice

SelfieDump is a creative and entertainment tool. Content provided through SelfieDump does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, professional photography, or professional marketing advice. You should not rely on AI-generated content for important decisions requiring professional expertise.

32Intellectual Property

SelfieDump and its associated software, source code, interface, design, graphics, branding, trademarks, logos, original written content, and proprietary algorithms are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, no rights in SelfieDump's intellectual property are transferred to you.

33License Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits, you may not copy or redistribute the App; sell or sublicense the App; modify the App; reverse engineer the App; attempt to derive source code; bypass security features; bypass purchase validation; interfere with AI credit accounting; obtain unauthorized access to SelfieDump, its services, third-party integrations, accounts, purchase systems, or supporting infrastructure; or use our trademarks without permission.

34Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback about SelfieDump, you give us permission to use that feedback to improve, develop, or operate SelfieDump without an obligation to compensate you. This does not give us ownership of your photographs or private content.

35Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to online functionality if we reasonably determine that you materially violated these Terms, abused AI services, attempted fraud, manipulated subscriptions or credits, threatened the security of the App, used the service unlawfully, or created material legal or security risk. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies.

36Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SelfieDump is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will always be available; the App will be error-free; AI generations will always succeed; AI outputs will be accurate or unique; recommendations will match your preferences; all photographs will be analyzed correctly; third-party services will remain available; data will never be lost; or every feature will operate on every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

37Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SelfieDump. This may include, where legally permitted: loss of data; loss of content; lost profits; missed opportunities; social-media consequences; third-party claims arising from content you publish; inability to access an AI provider; or dissatisfaction with generated content.

Our liability will not be limited where applicable law prohibits such limitation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

38Your Responsibility for Published Content

You are responsible for content you choose to save, publish, distribute, send, upload, or share. Before sharing content, you should review it carefully. You are responsible for ensuring that your publication or distribution does not violate another person's rights, platform rules, applicable law, or contractual obligations. SelfieDump does not control your use of generated content after export.

39Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of SelfieDump; your material violation of these Terms; content you submit without necessary rights; or content you publish that unlawfully infringes another person's rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

40Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through SelfieDump. By using SelfieDump, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

41Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as SelfieDump develops or as legal, technical, business, or regulatory requirements change. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Where affirmative consent is legally required, we will obtain it.

42Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that apply in your country or region and cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.

43Disputes

If you have a dispute relating to SelfieDump, please contact us via our Contact page first so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Any formal dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory rights available to you in your jurisdiction.

44Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

45No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

46Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, the Apple Standard EULA where applicable, applicable App Store purchase terms, and any additional terms clearly presented for a particular feature, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of SelfieDump.
